What sets us apart from others?
Detailed project planning is essential. This involves defining project objectives, scope, and requirements, as well as creating a project schedule and budget. Project managers establish clear project goals and milestones.
Government projects typically involve multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, museum staff, designers, contractors, and the public. Effective communication and collaboration with these stakeholders are essential.
Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project. This includes regular inspections, quality control measures, and adherence to design specifications and regulations.
Site supervisors are responsible for day-to-day oversight of construction activities. They ensure that work is carried out safely and in accordance with plans and specifications.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. This may include issues related to budget overruns, design changes, weather delays, or unforeseen archaeological discoveries.
